How To Enable Wireless is disabled by hardware switch in ubuntu ultimate 3.5/ubuntu 12.04 with laptop HP 430

i have some problem in ubuntu ultimate 3.5 my wifi is disable and always said that my  Wireless is disabled by hardware switch. first i tray to type

#:rfkill unblock all

from my terminal but it didn't work at all so i have another solution i try to enable it form bios

1. try to go to your bios
2. go to exit tab
3. go to load setup default
4. save your setting
5. exit

try to go to your ubuntu linux and see , it's work for my laptop
